1.  "PLG Check-in and MAP data Report - February 2017"  -- On your "ABOUT ME" page of your website, please create your second post. Answer the following questions: In terms of your PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS that you made in October, where are you in your journey towards achieving those goals? What can you continue to work on or do more of so that you can successful achieve those goals? Did your viewpoints about those goals change in any way? In terms of your Academic growth as demonstrated through MAP SCORES, did you grow, not grow, or go down? Which areas do you need to work more on, and which areas are you proud of? What do you hope to achieve by your spring MAP test?
Please put this on your About Me page, and use the data that I emailed you. You can use the following as the title: "PLG Check-in and MAP data Report - February 2017" - DUE Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 by midnight.

2. The Little Prince - text-based questions - There are TWO questions that you must answer on a google doc or in the text box provided in the assignment, and turn it in on Canvas.
1. In chapter 17, the snake speaks in riddles as he converses with the prince. He states “I am more powerful than a king’s finger”; “I can take you further than a ship”; and “Anyone I touch, I send back to the land from which he came.” — What do these three statements mean and what/who does the snake symbolize or represent? — Please make an informed/educated guess.
2. In chapter 21, what does the fox mean when he says “One sees clearly only with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes”? — Please use textual evidence to support your interpretation and analysis of this quote.
DUE Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 by midnight

3. WPW #8 Additional word parts 21-30
These are the additional word parts you must add to your list of 20 for WPW#8. They are also provided in your ELA textbook google folder. If we have done some already, it’s okay. Please use your old notecards, or make new ones again.
DUE Wednesday, February 8th, at the beginning of your class period.

Descartes Post  - DUE Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 before midnight.
ELA BLOG POST #5

Take a screen shot of the image above (from your Descartes assessment) and write down your answer -- You can copy it from your assessment (Descartes Test) and revise if necessary. You can also check your Descartes TBQs on Canvas to see if Ms. Park gave you any recommendations/corrections/comments, to refine your answers. What is existentialism according to Descartes? How does it relate to perceiving versus perception, thinking versus thought, or judging versus judgment? This should go on your ELA BLOG PAGE.

DIGITAL WRITING PORTFOLIO - DUE Thursday, February 2nd, 2017 before midnight. ELA BLOG POST #6
Please post your 2nd and 3rd EBA essays as a PDF on your websites (under the ELA BLOG section/page). You will receive your EBA #3 back on Thursday. You can post them by downloading the google docs as PDFs. Please label them as follows:

EBA #3 - Google Argumentative Essay
